Warranty
General 12 months (1 Year) warranty against manufacturing defect from the date of purchase.
Special 24 months (2 Years) warranty against manufacturing defect from the date of purchase for motorbike radiators and silicon hoses purchased via our website only (not eBay stores).
The warranty DOES NOT cover radiator failure due to external damage, excess cooling system pressure or corrosion due to mixed coolants or electolysis.
This warranty DOES NOT cover labor or materials not manufactured by WORLEY. Products repaired or altered by parties outside WORLEY are not covered by this warranty.
Claims for internal damage of the engine, components or user’s vehicles DOES NOT covered by this warranty.
A thorough flush of the cooling system (inc. heater & overflow) is recommended before operation, as is the inspection of all hoses and radiator cap.
See your vehicle service manual, or local dealership for correct coolant specifications. Professional installation recommended, there is no instruction coming with the product.
Successful warranty claims will be honored with a replacement unit or store credit or refund.
The warranty period only starts from the date of purchase, and it will not restart after we send you a replacement product.
Return policy
Parts can be exchanged and refunded if the item is defective or an incorrect item has been shipped.
All returns must be reported within 60 days of delivery date.
Please make sure parts be returned in original condition as they were received. And if the product has been modified and/or used, it cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty and all resolutions being tried.
You can ask us to send you a return label to your email, then print it and go to any of the Australian Post Office to return the item. Depends on the nature of the case, either you or us will pay for this return label. But we will refund or send replacement after the item is returned to us and we check that the item is in the original conditions.
